By accessing or using Fixelium ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Fixelium provides a suite of online tools for viewing, converting, modifying, sizing, generating, and manipulating images, PDF files, text, and code. Most of our tools perform file processing locally within your web browser using JavaScript.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use Fixelium strictly for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the platform to process, generate, or distribute malicious software, viruses, or illegal content.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features or usage limits.
• Use our APIs or services in a manner that constitutes automated "scraping" or abusive excessive requests.
• Process copyrighted materials without appropriate authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

Our tools, website design, text, and graphics are the exclusive property of Fixelium. However, you retain full ownership of the files and content you process using our platform. We do not claim any copyright over the output generated by your use of our tools.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fixelium is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our tools will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate (especially concerning AI generation, format conversion, and OCR). You should always verify critical results and back up your original files.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fixelium or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

If you upgrade to a premium plan, you will be billed automatically on a recurring basis as per the selected billing cycle. All payments are securely handled by our merchant of record. Refunds are processed according to our standard refund policy—generally within 14 days of the initial purchase if the service is found to be defective.
