Your files never leave your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your images, PDFs, or text documents to our servers. Because the processing happens locally, your sensitive information remains 100% private.

2. Server-Side Tools & AI Features

A small subset of our tools involves Artificial Intelligence or requires external APIs (e.g., advanced AI rewriting, or screenshot-to-code features). When using these specific tools, your text or images may be securely transmitted to our partner APIs (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) solely for the purpose of processing your request.

We do not store the results of these requests, and our AI partners are strictly prohibited from using your data to train their models under our enterprise agreements. Every tool clearly indicates whether it operates locally or uses a server.

3. Information We Collect

While you use Fixelium, we may collect the following types of information to provide and improve our services:

  • Usage Data: We track anonymous usage statistics (such as tool popularity and processing times) to understand how our platform is used.
  • Account Information: If you choose to create an account, we store your email address and preferred authentication method via our secure authentication provider (Clerk).
  • Subscription Data: For premium users, payment processing is handled securely by our merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy). We do not store your credit card information.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to save your tool preferences (like dark mode or your chosen conversion formats) locally on your device.
